LOCAL TRANSPORT PLANS

UE Associates Ltd is a specialist Strategic Environmental Assessment practice which undertakes and prepares SEA of Local Transport Plans. Having previously assessed a number of LTPs during the second round of LTP production, we are ready to engage with clients to undertake SEA as part of the LTP3 process. The DfT has published new Draft Guidance on Strategic Environmental Assessment for Transport Plans and Programs (TAG 2.11, April, 2009). This helpful document aligns the five assessment stages for SEA of LTPs with the ODPM's guidance on SEA (2005).
